For the necessary checks and registrations, and in order to avoid possible traffic congestion, candidates are required to arrive at the College at least one hour before the exam.

The exam will be held at the classrooms of the College of Foreign Languages, Gazi University Gölbaşı Campus (Blocks A and B).

The English exam will start at 10:00 a.m.; the German, French, and Arabic exams will start at 2:00 p.m.

Candidates must bring the following documents with them to the exam:

1. A valid PHOTO ID (identity card, passport, driver’s license, etc.)
2. Student ID card or a student certificate obtained via e-devlet

Students who applied for transfer to programs with compulsory preparatory education are also required to take the proficiency exam, which will be held on 8–10 September 2025.
