Organizing regular between-unit meetings, the unit responds to the questions, demands and suggestions coming from the instructors at the faculties and vocational schools after discussing these with the relevant members in the department. The unit also considers the criteria in the Common European Framework of Reference, learners’ levels of preparedness and proficiency levels as well as feedback from instructors.
